Sailing Nandji Ep 248 Sailing with No Engine in the Doldrums…

In this episode of Sailing Nandji, we make the decision on where we should try and sail too for repairs. As we have sailed in circles but are now getting closer to our destination, we can start using the dinghy outboard to try and motor us sparingly towards land. Life in the doldrums is full of long periods of light winds, throw in an opposing current it is difficult to make headway. But life onboard floating around the Malacca Strait is not actually that bad. We have accepted we need to turn around and are now enjoying the journey once again.
