ARES YACHTS has announced a partnership with the renowned brokerage house Northrop & Johnson for the global sales of their flagship vessel, the 62-meter sailing superyacht SIMENA. Set for delivery in March 2025, this partnership underscores the shipyard’s confidence in their new vessel and its appeal in the global market.
Currently in the outfitting stage at the ARES shipyard in Antalya, SIMENA marries classic design with modern features. The yacht sports a ketch rig, combining traditional sailing elements with advanced materials like steel-carbon composite for its structure.

SIMENA is designed to provide comfort and style for up to 12 guests and nine crew members. The vessel’s propulsion comes from a hybrid system allowing quiet operation under electric power, complemented by a powerful diesel engine for longer distances or higher speeds.
The yacht’s design ensures all modern amenities are integrated discreetly to preserve the classic look and feel of the interiors, maintaining clean lines and an uncluttered aesthetic. High-quality materials such as walnut, textured leathers, and fabrics, along with detailed metal work and exquisite marble in the bathrooms, contribute to the luxurious onboard experience.
