Sailing Nandji Ep 67 – Cheeky Boat Convoy through the Jungle
After some Crocodile hunting… We boat convoy our way through the skinny Mboli Passage in the Florida islands. With thick jungle on both sides, this place felt straight from Jurassic Park.
In this episode of Sailing Nandji, we explore the beautiful Tokyo bay where we were rafted up with two other vessels, Sand Pebble and Fara. Taking La diva the tender through the mangroves in search of Crocodiles, we check out the ship wreck of Kikuzuko, a Japanese destroyer that was sunk in the corner of Tokyo Bay.
We then boat convoy North through the Mboli passage in the Florida islands. The skinny passage cuts its way through dense jungle, weaving its way to the north coast. The passage gets as skinny as 50m at times, with small villages and palm tree huts built on the water. It felt straight out of Jurassic Park.
