Jesper Radich, a sailor with a notable record, will helm the XR 41, focusing on team development and racing performance. X-Yachts Racing Team: A Blend of Experience and Youth
For the 2025 racing season, X-Yachts will field its own team, combining experienced professionals with emerging Danish talent. This initiative aims to provide a pathway for young sailors into competitive offshore sailing. A Call for Talented Sailors
X-Yachts invites sailors between 18 and 35 years of age to apply for a spot on the team. Selection trials are scheduled for 9-10th October. The application process will open soon, featuring a detailed questionnaire to select the most suitable candidates.

The team is set to compete in several events, including the Mai Offshore Regatta (Maior) in Kiel, Kieler Woche, Gotland Runt, and the ORC World Championship in Tallinn. Participation in Fyn Rundt with a crew composed of members from X-Yachts ensures a comprehensive racing calendar.
