German yard Hanse Yachts presents a new “fleet”

Our first look on board the four new boats from Hanse Yachts. Discover the new Hanse 348, Hanse 388, Hanse 418 and Hanse 548. Hanse Yachts will present the new line at next Cannes Yachting Festival 2017 (September 12-17).

Hanse 348

Judel/ Vrolijk& CO designed hull for optimized performance, stability and balance of the vessel. Various keel options to match sailing area and performance. Easy sailing concept with all functions operable from the helm position with one set of winches only.

The decks layout features the Hanse easy sailing concept with all functions operable from the helm position with one set of winches only. The saloon glass windows next to the companion way are one of the key features of this deck design.The cockpit combines comfort and safety.

Twin wheel steering with optional chartplotter at cockpit table. Self-tacking jib for easy manouvering. Manual furling systems for easy handling of sails (furling rig optional).

Two different aft cabin options allow to choose between a two or three cabin version boat. The beds are both 1.60 x 2m. For more storage space the port aft cabin can become a huge locker.

     

    Hanse 388

    Due to the aero-and hydrodynamic concept of Judel/Vrolijk& CO – featuring the Hanse “Crossover“ sail attached to the anchor arm and a huge Gennaker – she is in combination with the two keel options always well balanced and easy to handle.

    The saloon upholstery is designed to achieve the impression of a settee with still the maximum of storage below. The settees on both sides can be connected into a huge dining area by the saloon table with its foldable tops. The marine galley can be ordered as short or long version depending on aft cabin choice.

    The Hanse 388 can have overall 5 openable hatches on deck. The central saloon glass window area is made out of a Size 70 openable flush hatch and a fixed screen. The enormous glass panels next to the glass companion way – with optional “in-glass“ hatches – and four coachroof and two hull windows are completing the concept.

    The master cabin is featuring one cupboard each side. It offers a V-birth of 1.60 x 2 m. Shelves at the forward bulkhead and on the sides of the birth offer additional storage.

      Hanse 418

      The combination of various cabin layouts and the different choices ensure a modern and individual yacht. Despite to the Hanse furniture Design all features and materials are in accordance to their “big boats“ with no difference in quality or materials.

      The cockpit combines comfort and safety. The halyard boxes, one cockpit locker in the port cockpit bench and two at the transom keep the deck clean and give stowage for all equipment on board.

        Hanse 548

        Equipped with a tender garage, a T-Top, two forestays and 12 rump windows, the new Hanse Yachts 548 shows how luxury sailing on 55 feet can look. To increase the space in the cockpit and to offer even more comfort, the aft cockpit can be tuned to become a „sceond cockpit“. The optional helmsman seats in combination with a wetbar – containing a BBQ, washing basin and an optional fridge – and with the additional cushions make the aft part of the boat comfortable when sunbathing but also under sails.

        The Hanse Silent Master cabin concept is just the top of a modern and stylish master cabin featuring a three door cupboard and the king size island birth of 1.60 x 2 m. An ensuite head with the Hanse design washing basin, an optional electric toilet and a separate shower stall complete the cabin.
