Sailing Britaly – Life at Anchor – Small Boat vs Mega Yacht

Sailing in Liguria, Italy, in the middle of August (when pretty much the entire country is on holiday) is quite a unique experience.

The anchorages are full to bursting point, and in this part of the there are mega yachts galore… In this we sail and live at anchor on our 30ft boat whilst Rossella is 7 months pregnant with Emma… We were working on sea-legs before she was even born!
